How to read the output

Segments

Each segment with its size, the source behind that size, growth, and fit. A size with no source is flagged as an estimate.

Entry priority

Where to aim first, ranked, with the evidence behind the ranking.

Whitespace

Where demand exists but credible coverage does not — the openings.

The terms it uses

TAM / segment size
How much money is in play for a slice of the market. It must come from a source, not a guess dressed as a fact.
Evidence gate
Any size without a cited source is flagged — the map tells you what is known versus assumed.
Whitespace
Demand that exists but nobody credible has covered — room to enter.

How it stays honest

Every agent separates what it measured from your data from what it inferred. You always know which is which.

Measured

  • Segment sizes + their sources (as provided)
  • Sourced vs unsourced counts (computed)

Inferred

  • ~Whitespace areas
  • ~Entry ranking
  • ~Fit assessment

Questions people ask

Will it just make up market size numbers?+

No. Every size carries its source or is flagged as an estimate. If you gave no sources, it says so up front.
